3. Vehicle Sales

All vehicles are sold "as seen" and it is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the vehicle before purchase. We provide comprehensive vehicle checks and warranties as described, but buyers should satisfy themselves as to the condition of the vehicle.

4. Finance Services

Finance is subject to status and approval. We act as a credit broker and not a lender. We work with a panel of lenders and will receive a commission for introducing you to a finance provider. This does not affect the finance rate offered.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

Our comprehensive warranty covers mechanical and electrical failures as specified in the warranty documentation. The warranty does not cover wear and tear items, damage caused by accidents, misuse, or failure to maintain the vehicle properly.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Performance Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Performance Club or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
